   Free consultation

   Reach out by phone or form and one of our Indianapolis-area auctioneers will follow up, usually within one business day. We'll learn about what you're selling, where it's located, and what your timeline looks like.

   On-site walkthrough & assessment

   We come to you. Our team will walk the property, review the assets, and give you a clear picture of what the auction process will look like and what you can reasonably expect.

   Auction plan & date

   Once you decide to move forward, we set an auction date and build a marketing plan. We advertise across our email list, online platforms, and regional channels to bring in qualified buyers — not just local foot traffic.

   Auction day

   We handle all the logistics, whether it's an on-site event at the property or an online-only auction run through our platform. Most of our Indianapolis-area auctions are now available to online bidders anywhere in the country.

   Settlement

   After the auction closes, we manage the payments and settlement process. You receive your proceeds, minus our commission, within the agreed timeframe.
